Google Drive is an easy way to share files. You can create a new Google Document (see above), or you can just share a file you have already created, such as a Word Document, a video, or anything else you want to share!
- Click the “upload” button
- Open the file you opened.
3.Click the “share” button.
- If there are specific people with whom you want to share a file, you can enter names here. If you want to make the file public (or kinda-sorta-sneaky-public), click “Advanced” in the lower-right corner.
- You can change the level of privacy.
- There are many different levels of privacy. I usually use “On- Anyone with the link.” This level allows anybody who has access to the link to view the file, but won’t allow anybody to “find” it by accident or by Googling.
